Before you can start a dispute, there needs to be a rejected recover request. A recover request can be rejected in two ways.

  1. The concerning fancier has decided to reject your recover request and pressed the reject button.
  2. The concerning fancier has ignored the request for 7 days which will trigger an auto reject.

Once a recover request has been rejected you have to option to start a dispute by clicking the yellow start dispute button.

Follow the instructions closely on the dispute page, and don't forget to add evidence, this can be as a picture or video. Make sure that the ringnumber as well as the identity card are clearly visible.
